- New Patient Adult (includes adjustment on 1st visit): $100
- New Patient Child under 12 years old (includes adjustment on 1st visit): $75
- Adult Adjustment: $55/visit*
- Child Adjustment: $35/visit*
- Acupuncture/Dry Needling with Adjustment: $75/visit*
- Cupping with Adjustment: $65*
*New Patient visit for 1st time patients are Required*
We do not file insurance in our office but will gladly provide you with the necessary Superbill to send in for reimbursement
Wellness Plans
We are now offering the following Wellness Plans:
- Individual: $165/month
- Family of 5: $300/month
- Family of 6+: Please contact us
Each person is provided with one visit per week
12 Month Commitment Required
Auto-Drafted on 1st or 15th of each month
